Hi everyone
We have revised the gift card fundraiser this year to optimize the
benefits derived by the swim club with the amount of effort to
order and administer the process. In doing so we have reduced the
number of orders to be processed this year to the order that has
always been the most popular being the Nov/Dec order cycle.
Also please note the following:
- Orders are due to on or before Nov 14, they
will be complied and submitted on Nov 15 & 16.
- Gift cards are expected to be distributed on
Nov 30, please collect them at either Watermania or Minoru on Nov
30 or Dec 1.
- All orders are to be submitted to Synthia
Kloot, Stephanie Hui or the Rapids office
- PPP - 1 point will be awarded for each
$500 spend on gift cards but limited to 2 points per family,
however you are still welcome to order more than $1000 in gift
cards.
- Please provide a cheque made payable to
Richmond Rapids Swim Club with your order, no cash will be
accepted due to the risk involved with taking cash.
- Order forms are available in the cabinet at
Minoru and attached to this email.
