New Western National Qualifier

Bill Li qualified for his first Western Canadian Nationals in the 800m Freestyle early this morning, swimming a time of 8:54 at a time trial hosted by the Chilliwack Spartans.

Congratulations to both Bill and his coach Doug Thompson for this very impressive result

The Rapids contingent for the championships is now up to 9 athletes. Our swimmers will depart on Feb 16^th for sunny Saskatoon Sask. to race against some of the best swimmers in western Canada.
