Phone Coordinator - Responsible for ensuring the communication and distribution of information from the coaches, office administrator and board of directors to each family. Supplies information to parent liaison.

Parent Liaison/Translator - e-mails or phones required information to swimmers' families.

Newsletter Administrator - Coordinates, prepares all newsletters.

Board LMR Representative - attend monthly LMR meetings and provide reports re same to the Board.

Sports Council Representative - attend monthly Sports Council meetings and provide reports re same to the Board.

AQUA Council Representative - attend bi-monthly meetings and provide reports to the Board
