Minoru Swim Groups

ICS 1 (A/B/C/D) 

This program is the first step in the development of a young swimmer. Basic skills will be taught to ensure the swimmer is well grounded in the skills needed to develop sound stroke mechanics in Freestyle, Backstroke, and Breaststroke. There are four different groups to choose from which offer a choice of days and times

• Prerequisites:  
  • Minimum age 5 ( unless approved by coach)
  • Maximum age 10
  • Aqua-Quest 2 completed (or as assessed by  coach)
  • Red Cross Swim Kids 1
• Training schedule:
  • ICS:1(A) Mon,Wed, Fri 5:00-5:30                   
  • ICS 1(B) Mon, Wed, Fri 5:30-6:00
  • ICS1(C) Tue, Thur 5:00-5:30
  • ICS1(D) Tue, Thur 5:30-6:00
• Note that there will be "mini meets" that your child will be asked to participate in (approx. 4 per season) cost of $5 per meet
