ICS 3 (A/B)

This is the Third step in the development of a young swimmer. Freestyle, Backstroke, Breaststroke, and Butterfly skills are further developed and refined. 

• Prerequisites:  
  • Minimum age 5
  • Maximum age10 (or as assigned by coach)
  • Completion of ICS 2 ( or comparable program)
  • NOTE: All swimmer who turn 11 and have not competed in a mini-meet or PASS meet in ICS 3 will be moved to Youth Fitness upon graduation from ICS 3
• Training schedule:
  • ICS 3 (A) Mon, Wed, Fri 4:45-6:00
  • ICS 3 (B)  Tue, Thur, Sat 4:45-6:00 (Saturday practice is at Watermania) 
• Note that there will be "mini meets" that your child will be asked to participate in (approx. 4 per season) cost of $5 per meet  
• Required Equipment: Rapids T-shirt, Rapids (blue) bathing suit
