* President - The President shall be the Chief Executive Officer of the Society and if present shall preside at all meetings. He/she is the official spokesman for the Society and the official representative when possible. He/she shall sign all documents which require his/her signature, perform duties required for the position and that which may be assigned by the Board of Directors. This person shall be an ex-officio member of all committees. Swim Club background knowledge is a prerequisite. |

* Vice President - - The Vice President shall assist the President and should be vested with all the powers and perform the duties when the president is absent. Other duties and power as assigned by the Board. |

* Past President - Provides advisory capacity to the Board of Directors for the year following their term as President. |

* Treasurer - The treasurer shall make all the financial arrangements for the Society as directed by the Board of Directors and oversee the integrity of the financial records as prepared by the accountant. The treasurer is responsible for the preparation of the casino application, the preparation of the annual budget, and for arranging the Annual Financial Audit. The Treasurer shall file with the Registrar of Companies of Province of British Columbia, within 14 days of the Annual general Meeting. The Treasurer shall chair the finance committee. The Treasurer shall follow-up with all delinquent accounts owed to the Society. The Treasurer shall oversee the work of the accountant for the Society. Financial experience is required for this position. |

* Secretary - The secretary is responsible for taking and producing the minutes of the Board and General Meetings. He/she is responsible for collecting the agenda, all reports and previous meeting minutes and distributing to all Board Members 7 days prior to the Board Meeting. Responsible for collecting all Board directed correspondence and keeping files as directed by the Board of Directors. |

Point System Chair - Head of the committee responsible for any changes and modifications of the system including an annual review done in May of each year. Liaison with the Office Administrator in maintaining accurate records of points earned in all areas. Responsible for written reports to the Board on points distributed in all areas. |

| Chaperone - attend Club travel meet. Assist with supervision and care of all of the Club's swimmers attending the travel meet. Assist with obtaining meals and snacks for the Club's swimmers attending the travel meet. |
